朝鲜农业体制改革

上图为记者9月23日在朝鲜黄海道拍摄的照片。据悉朝鲜拟定开始有计划地实施农业改革。改革以后，依照国家粮食规定，农民可以保留更多自身生产的粮食份额。这一改革举措旨在提高朝鲜集体农场效益，以便使其更加有效地为2千4百万人民提供足够粮食。
